Brandon began his coaching career by training NCAA student athletes as part of the UIC’s strength and conditioning staff. His research project "Defining the Wrestler's Body - Appropriate Measures for Targeting Weight Class" was published by the International Journal of Wrestling Science.
Brandon believes that optimal strength training results are achieved when the muscle fibers are safely and efficiently loaded through each exercise to produce enough mechanical tension and stimulus to drive adaptation. He follows a lift to failure philosophy, coaching each client to use the proper form, tempo, and technique to achieve maximal results.

Brandon’s journey in the strength and conditioning field began in 2016 as he led youth athlete summer camps at Joliet Junior college. After graduating from Eastern Illinois University, Brandon gained more appreciation educating those in the general population who simply want to move freely and confidently. While he believes optimal training requires maximum effort, there is a fine line between training smart and hard. His training philosophy revolves around an approach of “training for longevity”. In other words, Brandon's goal is to inspire clients to move with no limitations or fear of injury through all planes of motion while sustaining confidence for years to come.
